Not a specific customer, just the order of work, so you know what a week with us looks like before you book anything.

01Strip and inspectOld covering off, deck and timbers looked at properly. If something underneath is rotten you hear about it that morning, with a photo, before we go further.
02Deck and fallsNew deck where it is needed, firrings to get the water moving to the outlet instead of sitting in the middle of the roof.
03Insulation and membraneInsulation if the build up allows it, then the sheet cut to the roof and bonded, with the upstands taken up behind the render or cladding.
04Trims, outlets, tidy upEdge trims, outlet dressed in, gutters cleared of our mess, scaffold off. Photos of the finished roof so you can see it without a ladder.
