We price a job after seeing it. Anything given over the phone before that is a rough idea, not a quote. Your written quote states what is included, what is excluded and how long the price holds.
Roofs hide things. If we open one up and find rot, asbestos or a structural problem, we stop, show you, and agree the extra cost before carrying on. Nothing extra gets added without you saying yes.
Payment terms are stated on your quote. Materials deposits, if any, are itemised there rather than sprung on you later.
Any guarantee we give is written on your quote, with its length and what it covers. We do not make blanket promises on a website.
We hold public liability insurance up to £10 million. Ask and we will send the certificate before work starts.
Roofing stops for high wind and heavy rain, for our safety and your roof. If weather moves your date we tell you as early as we know.

Your name, phone number, email if you give one, the address of the job and what you have told us about the roof. Photos you send us of your roof.
To ring you back, quote the work, order the right materials and keep a record of what we did on your roof in case you call us back to it.
Nobody, unless it is needed to do the job, for example a scaffolder needing the address, or unless the law requires it. We do not sell or swap contact details and we do not add you to a mailing list.
Enquiries that do not turn into work are cleared out once they are clearly dead. Job records are kept as long as we need them for guarantees, tax and insurance.
